I want to share with you how inspired I am by the work breaking walls is doing with young men and women from around the world. I LOVED bethlehem 2 brooklyn– the documentary that motivated the creation of breaking walls. The doc and breaking walls are moving, honest and inspiring examples of how art can truly make change in the world. It shows the importance and need for young people to have a way to express themselves. The beauty and pain that comes out of those young adults brought tears to my eyes, and at the same time gave me a great deal of hope. It is an amazing organization and an incredible uplifting and hopeful youth empowerment initiative.
