The J. Luce Foundation 2018 Outstanding NGO Candle Light Award

This year the J. Luce Foundation unveiled four awards: their foundation’s Clare Boothe Luce Award for International Service, Outstanding NGO Award, Junior Leadership Award, and our Candlelight Awards to honor those who are pushing back darkness in an increasingly dark world.
